Refund policy

At Wholesale Sweats, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Return & Refund Policy explains your options if you need to return a product, how refunds are processed, and important details regarding eligibility, methods, and timelines.

Return Window

Customers may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted. The return date is calculated from the day you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must include the original packaging.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable (see Section 8).

Items damaged due to customer misuse or not in original condition may be denied a refund.

Return Methods

You can return your purchase using the following options:

  • In-Store: Visit our Brooklyn, New York store with the original receipt.
  • By Mail: Request a return online and use the downloadable/printable return label included with your package.

Return Label Cost: Free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

No restocking fees are charged for returned items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

Contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange.

Exchanges can be done in-store or by returning the item via mail.

Shipping costs for exchanges are subject to our standard policies.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return & Shipping Instructions

To ensure smooth processing of your return:

  • Use the downloadable or printable return label if returning by mail.
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  • Include your order number or receipt with the returned package.

Shipping fees for standard returns are covered by Wholesale Sweats when using the provided return label.

International Returns

Currently, we only accept returns from within the United States. International returns are not supported at this time.
